Solving this problem is of great importance for the local community because young people from Prespa, due to the inability to stand out and express themselves productively, often leave for bigger cities, which significantly affects the overall quality of life in Prespa, the birth rate, the age limit and the local economy.
The data shows that young people in Prespa do not have adequate competencies and skills for the needs of the labor market, they also have insufficient knowledge about the entrepreneurial potential of tourism in Prespa, and with the realization of such a project we believe that the situation of young people in the Prespa region will improve.
